A property developer has applied to change the Zoning for the 3-acre lot at 6485 Hollyhock Rd from it’s current "RE Residential Estate" designation to "MF-18 Limited Density Multi-Family." Their stated intention is to build a ‘community of townhomes/condos’ on that lot. The AFBRNA Board and all neighbors within 200' of the property are opposed to the change. We encourage you to support the opposition to prevent our neighborhoods from becoming more dense in population and traffic .
