205 Hudson is proposing a new liquor license and 150 person event space for their ground floor space. They have consistently lied about past promises to minimize their business footprint overflow in our neighborhood. The use of this ground floor space will cause after hours noise, congestion and safety issues for us all in the neighborhood.
