Justin Pearson is a member of the Tennessee Three. The Tennessee Legislature unjustly voted to expel him along with Justin Jones, while Jones was unanimously voted in to return to his seat, Pearson is due to have his fate voted on tomorrow, April 12, 2023. There have been some concerns voiced, specifically by Amber Mills about the state withholding money from the county should they vote to send them back. Due to this concern, she is planning to vote "no" on his reappointment. Other members of the county commission are withholding how they plan to vote, so let's encourage them to do the right thing. America is watching and our elected officials sometimes need to be reminded that they work for the people.
