Greetings  to all that work in the health field.  Thank God for all you do blessings.  Now let's  get down  to business.  I have been a caretaker since  1975 . I step in as a young teen to take care of my grandfather during  his  sickness.  I became  a CNA 2002 after the birth of my son .The Marvelous Mohammad's Story.  I work in long-term under paid like many of us soon to take that big step to become the wings that carries  many different stories together  we have seen and handled it all but we're  paid less for all the dedicated time work we put in to help the building  become  successful and pass when the State comes  in for yearly  surveys.  I am here  to tell you the ones  that get paid are the ones in the office  . This story  reminds  me of the Titanic the ones they  look down on they call the bottom during  all the dirty  work we get paid the less  or given some old leftover stuff that others  have picked  over its so sad that we continue  to allow these facilities  to treat us this way and pay us less then for a job 12 but they give you 20 people or 25 to care for sometimes 30 if your dumb or stupid  to take the assignment.  I can speak from experiences anything  that has CNA or Home Care should  start  no less than $25.00 after that based  on # of years because  remember  with God #1 faith ♥ 🙏 ❤ .We can all stand together  and ask for higher pay remember  Soilders  Up Warriors up were doing the dirty  job and we are around  it all no matter  what comes our way place on our assignments.  Its not just the pay but its a mindset  it takes a very  special  person  to be a CNA Home Health  Caretakers ❤  . We ask for back pay for all the years we've  been underpaid  and over worked  with little  to none  appreciation . All we have to show is wore out knees backs. Pls Read sign.
