I’m deeply invested in our local education system’s success - it’s the foundation that ensures our youth and community thrive. When students graduate prepared for high-wage, skilled careers, we strengthen our local workforce & economy. I believe it’s important to:

-Ensure our schools implement structured literacy programs to improve reading

-Expand access to career & technical education so students graduate ready for high-demand jobs

-Attract & retain high-quality educators by strengthening training & support

-Invest in early childhood education programs to give kids a strong foundation to succeed

Our community’s future depends on our schools’ strength. I look forward to hearing how you plan to prioritize addressing these crucial issues & transparently engage the public on the path forward. Thank you for your dedication to our students’ & community’s success.

Sincerely,
