Today we the American People bound by an unbreakable constitutional oath that nothing can break, do hereby declare thus: that FASCISM AND TYRANNY OF ANY FORM ARE HENCEFORTH FORBIDDEN ON AMERICAN SOIL, and anyone who believes in, supports and practices any of these two in any form are NOT AMERICAN and should be relieved of any rights of ruling or leading Americans in any form immediately.
