Another Challenge to Chappy Beach Access — Make Your Voice Heard

A group of private landowners has appealed the September 1 decision by Edgartown's Zoning Enforcement Officer, who denied their request to halt certain Trustees operations on Chappaquiddick.

MVBAG is asking the Zoning Board of Appeals to uphold the Zoning Enforcement Officer's decision and dismiss the appeal.

Challenges from this same group have already cost our community access to places generations of Islanders and visitors have enjoyed. Enough is enough. Our longstanding beach access should stay in place unless and until a final decision says otherwise.

By adding your name, you join MVBAG's community submission to the ZBA in support of responsible public access to Cape Poge.

Every signature strengthens the community's voice. Please sign today.
