Let’s dissolve The Preserve HOA.

Today July 2nd 2022 over 200 home owners in The Preserve received letters from the MOOORHEAD law group. Most if not all letters claimed past dues and lawyer fees due in 45 days or they would put a lien on homes. Now this HOA is known for a lack of communication. We were warned by the last president and Vice President how this HOA wanted to proceed in dealing with homeowners and now we are seeing the fruition of that warning. It is clear that this HOA is out of control. Let’s dissolve this HOA now before it gets worse.
