I’m writing this petition to get everyone signatures to bring awareness of what JP Morgan Chase has put me through. I’ve been working for them since September of 2021. They have been messing my checks up since end of December 2021. My mental has took a toll, I’ve had bills that were late my rent has been late and I have had major health issues since Jan i went on medical leave Jan 2022-May 31st 2022. I had surgery in February and found out that i have endometriosis stage 1-2. Also I have nerve damage and Radiculopathy. I have went through sedation to get injections in my back to help with my pain. I tried to return to work in April but i can’t even sit down for no more than 2 hours because my right leg starts to hurt goes numb and my back starts hurting. So i went back on leave til May 31st. Also I had to stop seeing my therapist because i owe them money and I had to go to a family therapist to talk about everything this job has put me through. I have 3 kids I take care of by myself. I should not be receiving this treatment at all I was treated poorly by management who told me my mental health didn’t matter that it wasn’t fair to my co workers or my customers that I could not come to work because they have been messing up my checks for 8 months almost consecutively. My medical pay was even messed up somewhat while i had surgery and could not even get out the bed by myself i had 24 hour care I had to call HR and ask them what was going on with my medical pay. I have never been through anything like this. I have been told by some people they went through the same thing. I tried to be strong and I’ve been holding on. I’ve had the manger at chase in Elgin IL tell me that she needs me to TERMINATE my employment with chase. Why would you tell an employee that who is seriously mental depressed. I can’t even pay my bills on time because this job has messed everything up including my kids birthdays. I still deal with pains every day. In June i caught pneumonia and had COVID and was off work for a week. Now their not trying to pay me what they rightfully owe me. I want people to be aware of what this company has done to me and if anyone has been through hardship through chase to come forward and stand with me. I deserve to be paid for heartache suffering & my bills that have been late, the time I’ve had to spend on the phone this entire year with HR asking them what was going on with my pay. I’m frustrated with this energies company and how they treat employees.!
